All rates are subject to 10% service charge and
7% VAT. The use of the villa, its amenities, the villa tuk tuk for
transfers around Ao Nang, maid service and water and electricity
expenses are included. Motorbike and car rental, private chef,
catering staff, massage and beauty services are available at an extra
charge.
The Breda Beach Villa is available for daily,
weekly or longer term rental. To check availability, please see the
Calendar. To
make a booking request please fill out the booking enquiry form located
at the bottom of the availability calendar. We will then respond to your request via
email. When availability is confirmed, a booking can be made. At this
point, we will require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation. The
amount of deposit payable will be confirmed with you via email. If you
